The Tea Room
Glynde Tea Room is an idyllic place to start and finish your scenic country walk. It is situated in the heart of the village of Glynde adjacent to the village shop.
The tea room is in a quaint listed building that has been sympathetically restored. Through the tea room you will find a sheltered, spacious south-facing garden with views across the recreation ground and a backdrop of Firle Beacon.
The tea room offers you a variety of light lunches, cream teas and fresh home made cakes in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Our aim is to source the produce for our menu from local suppliers and growers.

(Opening times may be extended during the summer period & may vary due to weather conditions)
Parking is easy in the village car park, which can be found next to the bridge that crosses the river.
Alternatively you can reach the village by train, bus or the cycle route which passes directly outside the tea room.
